Emergency Dispatch
We stop the water first and diagnose the long-term fix second.
Petersburg, MI storms don't wait for business hours, and neither do we — emergency dispatch is staffed around the clock specifically because sump failures and burst pipes have no respect for a normal schedule.
Emergency calls get answered by a real dispatcher, day or night, not a voicemail that gets returned in the morning.
Active flooding gets priority routing ahead of scheduled, non-urgent appointments on the dispatch board.
No inflated after-hours surcharge sprung on you after the work is already done.
Moisture meters let us confirm the water hasn't spread further than what's visible before we finish the visit.
Every Petersburg, MI Emergency Waterproofing job starts with an inspection, not a generic package — here's what that typically includes.
Submersible pumps remove standing water fast, whether it's from a failed sump pump, burst pipe, or storm-driven flooding.
A failed sump pump during an active flood gets replaced on the spot when possible, using common models carried on our emergency trucks.
This buys time without leaving the situation to worsen while a permanent fix is planned.
Mitigation documentation is provided for any insurance claim you may need to file.
A bowing or failing foundation wall during active water intrusion gets an emergency structural assessment to determine immediate safety and next steps.
Describe what's happening — active flooding, a failed pump, a burst pipe — and we dispatch based on severity, not a standard appointment queue.
Emergency-equipped trucks are staged for fast response across our Petersburg, MI coverage area, prioritizing active flooding situations.
A technician assesses the situation on arrival and gives you a written price for immediate extraction and mitigation before starting.
We don't leave until active water is under control and the immediate risk is addressed.
